White House Press Secretary Jay Carney Addresses Jay-Z’s ‘Open Letter’

This afternoon, White House Press Secretary Jay Carney held a briefing where one of the reporters asked him about some of the lyrics on Jay-Z’s new song ‘Open Letter‘. He denies Jay communicating with President Obama about his visit to Cuba.
