TIP takes Jay-z's track 99 Problems and flips it into a diss track aimed towards one time enemy Lil Flip. On the track TiP pokes fun at Flip not being able to be in his hood, as well as his dress code on the cover of his The Leprechaun album. The Beef emerged, when TIP was apparently went to Flips hood to try and expose him a fraud only for Flip to show up. A Fight and subsequently a shoot out broke out, this beef has since been squashed.
