We haven’t heard much from D’Angelo since his set at the Made In American festival in Philly but at least we know he’s working on his comeback album. It is also a known fact that friend ?uestlove will be heavily contributing to the much awaited effort, his first in 13 years.
In this interview at the Billboard relaunch party in NYC, Questo says that the album is close to being done and will definitely see the light of day this year. He also revealed that Prince and Mariah will be on Jimmy Fallon on March 1st to celebrate the 4th anniversary of The Roots as the show’s house band.
