Up and coming MC Tito Lopez from Mississippi is making some noise and has gained the attention of none other than Dr Dre. A freestyle from him first leaked onto the net last year, along with dre and former Aftermath representative Stat Quo. This last week saw another video come out with Tito explaining how he hooked up with Dre , and how he feels about the most respected co-sign in the game.
